I called our Aetna Members 800 number yesterday. It is the number that we have printed on all of our paperwork and forms. A number that we have posted to websites and our internal filebank.
So my call went like this:
Dial....
Ring.....
"To talk to people just like you in your local area, please press 1."
Confusion.....
Disconnect....
Redial....
Ring.....
"To talk and meet people just like you in your local area, please press 1."
Confusion.....
Disconnect....
Redial....
After the third try I realize this is really what is written here, I didn't miss dial, there was no mistake other then we have given out the wrong number.
Our new HR motto: "We are here to help all aspects of your work/life."
***Note: the corrections were also made. We no longer send our employees to a singles line when they need insurance assistance***
